On Sunday, August 3, 2025, I visited this AutoZone location after my car battery died. My brother dropped the battery off between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. to be charge for 3 hrs which was suggested to him by an associate. I returned to pick up the battery when I put it in my car the battery was not sufficiently charged and couldn’t start my car. All the employees. They don't provide adequate service. There are four people and only one is working. They leave you waiting on line for over 25 minutes. And then they hang up on you.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pedro at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me get a 12V battery for my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Electric — which is no longer in production and incredibly hard to find parts for. He didn’t just brush it off like most people would; he actually took the time to look up alternatives, check compatibility, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. His effort saved me a ton of stress and got my EV back on the road. Appreciate the dedication, Pedro — you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back to this store.
I needed a new battery and needed it to be changed out. One employee told me they couldn’t do it at that time it was busy. Another worker named Elvis was due to go to his lunch break but said hey I’ll help her change get battery before I go and he did. his manager Pedro came out and also helped clean up and make sure everything was good. Thanks for all the help.
