Poor customer service they don’t have experience and waste time
Upon arrival I requested to use the restroom onwhich I was denied, but you want me to spend my money here right. Never have I been to any Autozone and was refused to use the restroom, I worked for Autozone in 89, I let all my customers use the restroom to make them feel at home, This made them come back for more parts as well as spend money, the manager here needs manager training in customers service for all race of people not just Spanish folk, the reason for the denial, was me being black.
