Ayden derby, manager, told my boyfriend it would be 3 hours to charge a motorcycle battery when the website states it can be charged in under an hour, also gave him a rude look when the battery was dropped off, we then proceeded to sit and wait across the street for over an hour while it then started to rain while we waited for the battery, it was also placed under the wrong name and phone number and incorrect tag when the battery was picked up once it was “conveniently ready” when we called to check to see. Ally's review is false Ayden has helped me out plenty of times with charging and changing my battery. Also the store manager Dez is amazing and wouldn't hire someone rude like she explained. Dez is the GOAT and Ayden is a W manager.
