Had a great experience this morning testing and changing my battery. The gentleman that assisted me (not sure what his name was; I think his name begins with R) was super friendly and helpful. He suggested the place next door to get my battery changed and it was a quick and easy fix! Great place to go to if you’re ever experiencing issues with your car battery.
I had a great experience at the store on Five Forks Trickum when I went in to get my battery checked and replaced. I was helped by Six, who greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to check my battery and explain the situation clearly.
