Went to Auto-zone to exchange my 2yr old battery. Bobby the Store Manager, handled my request professionally, handled the exchange, and swapped the battery out in an efficient manner . He was very kind and knowledgeable. He deserves a raise!
My alternator and battery went dead on me and I have to say Bobby, the store manager at this AutoZone at Symes and 301 was excellent in helping me to correct the problem, he was so genuinely concerned and went the extra mile for me to fix the problem, I am happy And totally satisfied with the service that I receive at this AutoZone, thanks guys, you are great!
