Loved Lucus customer service amazing help me and my friend with our business always ask for him
Went to auto zone, was met with a guy named Gabriel, he was really nice and helpful when I asked if he can inspect the car to see why the check engine light was on, gave me a run down and gave me options for how to help, he also changed my windshield wipers when I wasn’t sure how to do it as well as gave me a good selection based on my car model as well as tell me what’s more affordable or which had more quality, excellent customer service
This autozone staff is very professional and friendly, especially Lucas. Lucas’s customer service was excellent, changed my battery out swiftly! I rate my overall experience a 10/10, I would definitely recommend this store and current staff to others needing assistance with their automotive needs. Thanks Lucas and store manager!!
Great service, I was attended to quickly as I came in for a battery.Gabriel was exceptional, changed my battery fast and efficiently. I definitely recommend this autozone and ask for Gabriel!
Robin was the person helping my boyfriend with his windshield wipers. They needed to be replaced and Robin explained to us the hook that was holding the wipers and how to open them to remove said wipers. He showed us the different kinds of wipers being sold, and explained the pros and cons of each. After buying he installed the wipers himself so we could see how to apply them with the hooks my boyfriend's car have. All in all the visit was SUPER QUICK and Robin made it fast and easy for us :)
