Arrived shortly after the store opened this morning 7-4-25. I asked to have a diagnostic done on my truck. Did not get the name of the employee, but was extremely pleased with the service. The gentleman was polite and friendly. Both employees greeted me as I walked into the store. After explaining the results, employee gave me several options. He told me the ordering process and told me about the tool loaner program. 10/10

I didnt get the name of the taller white guy that helped me with my purchase he was phenomenal but upon return I was unfortunate to run into one of the guys there. His name was Leo, K. Very rude from the start I had to return 8 items all were oils and fluids. Didn't offer to help at all so I had to make multiple trips. Then he made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to him that the parts and fluids I no longer needed had to be returned. This is my neighborhood Autozone. They have always been a great help since I moved to Tucson. Today I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Lyle who made excellent recommendations on products, helped me look into issues I am having with a new vehicle, and installed my new windshield wipers. Thanks for being there when we need it autozone!
