Last week, I stopped by Auto Zone in Chantilly because I broke my windshield wiper while going through a car wash. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helped me find the right wiper. We went outside to install it, but it turned out that the issue was actually with the wiper arm, not the wiper itself. I had to order the part. When I returned a week later, the person behind the counter handed me the windshield arm and said, "here you go” When I asked if he could help me install it, he replied that they don’t provide t... read more
