I just got back from the most horrible experience at this AutoZone. I have been a happy customer for over 20 years. I recently tried this location because it's closer to my home. This is my 3rd time going and I will not be returning. As soon as I walked in, the employee Dennis huffed and puffed. Then proceeded to give me every excuse under the sun on why he can't do his job with a very nasty attitude. I will be taking my business to the AutoZone at the beach. My partner brought his car in because he was concerned his battery was leaking. It wasn't staying charged and he was continuously having to jump his car the past few days. He told the employee his experience and concerns. The employee dismissed what my partner said and told him the battery was just half way charged, and that they couldn't take it out to replace or charge it (when they have in the past).
