Went in with my roommate for a tire repair kit. The little man proceeded to mansplain everything when I asked where they were. He said “are you doing it yourself, I would assume not”. Granted I am not why would he assume. And when I asked “do you think I couldn’t” he said “it was highly unlikely.” I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning.
Love this store. John the Manger is a gentleman I was having trouble with my car starting told me what to get to fix the problem on my car. Thank you Mr John you are a life saver
At least 5 associates in store and no hello or can I help you at all...slack service at best
What an amazing atmosphere to walk into. You don’t expect a trip to Autozone to brighten up your day, but everyone here is so kind and helpful. John was so nice and helped me with everything I needed, and even let me know about some discounts I would have missed out on otherwise. I highly recommend taking your business to this autozone. They definitely care about their customers and it really shows!
