Robert at this store is INCREDIBLE! We had to switch out our alternator for our skoolie and this location had our part, Robert stayed open over an hour late helping us charge our batteries, and even celebrated with us when we fixed it! Car problems are the worst, but kind strangers like Robert really made our night an enjoyable memory.
We were extremely lucky and thankful for Mariano’s help. He helped us exchange a new battery for our truck. As we were just driving through on our vacation, without tools, without appointment, he sure saved the day! Thank you and highly recommend AutoZone in Hood River. Dan

Shoutout to ROBERT in Hood River!!!! Super nice guy with an amazing attitude and a touch of sarcasm (my love language) he got this out of towner girl hooked up to a new battery and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. This is why I will always choose AutoZone!!
