Would leave a zero if I could. I get that it’s 3:50 on a Sunday afternoon and there’s seemingly only one guy tending the store. But I was standing at the cash register for 5 minutes waiting to pay, the employee is searching the store for a product for another shopper, walks by me and doesn’t say anything or acknowledge me in any way. I guess I’ll stick with advanced auto parts.
I'm fairly new to the area still and don't really have a mechanic i trust so the things I try to do myself I go to this autozone because Bryan is absolutely the best help. He genuinely helps resolve your issue or at least makes you understand what's going on. He has helped me 2x already and it's such a stress reliever dealing with someone that's not just trying to get you to buy an unnecessary part. Thanks for all your help Bryan!

If y’all can just avoid this autozone. Here’s why. My fiancé went into this autozone today to get a new key fob for us vehicle . Mind you we’re on the phone the entire time during this encounter . He asks the woman who is working if they have a replacement key fob for his specific car . She either was passively listening or not at all because she undid the already semi- broken key fob , told him he didn’t need batteries (which he never asked for), and then told him he needs a new key fob .
