Needed some oil, very nice people
My husband came in to get some oil filters that we had pre ordered before hand to pick up. My husband walked in and spoke to Christopher to pick up with and they had not even pulled the filters yet for the order so he went to get them and once he brought them up he tossed them on the counter towards my husband and said “here ya go”. My husband is not confrontational but I am… this is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with from autozone in a very long time and I do not appreciate it. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
