Actually thought it was my wife checking me out because I got the silent treatment. It really looks bad on management that these people are not trained in simple customer communication.

The staff are phenomenal! During an oil change, the clip on one of the front wipers snapped. While looking at wipers, a gentleman approached and helped me select the best fit and financially responsible option. After completing the purchase, he even installed the new wipers for me and made sure everything was functional!
