Asked for car parts for my Ford. Was given parts for a Chevrolet. Didn't notice they were wrong till I got the car torn apart. Looked up parts, just completely wrong. Called the store, they had no solutions to offer. I rented a car to get to the store to replace the parts. The guy offered no apologies, was very distracted as he played Monopoly on his phone.
