Literally the best workers. I had a really long day , my front bumper was really messed up … let’s just say , the individuals working there helped perform a miracle . I really really really thank God for them .
Lazy and rude people working here (actually not working just wasting time) , acting like they owned the place , they are saying about policies but i don’t see it on their website or in the store they are making it up their own policies very bad experience at this place
Jason in commercial is a pretty awful person. Always rushed and impatient when answering the phone , and rude and unhelpful in person. It’s actually pretty sad that not only does he have zero accountability for his attitude but is even a manager. Autozone needs to stop letting miserable people continue to represent them. Walked in looking for a part for my old accord and staff was extremely rude. Here's what happened: I walked in at about 7pm went straight up to an older guy behind the counter and ask "Do you have a second?" he replied "Not right this minute no. I don't." no big deal so I said "Alright, no rush." This dude then walks over to his co-worker and says "I hate it when people come up to you and say "yOu GOt a SeConD" like no I don't."
