Even though it was almost 10PM, Chris H and Braxton saved the day (night). (Location: 3702 Atlanta Highway by Mall.) They are #1 customer service guys. What could have been a disappointing and expensive outcome was changed by their help. So impressed with them and hope their manager, Jason Owensby, treats them to lunch one day. ;)

Came around 9 o clock to have my battery tested cause i had to get a jump leaving work. Chris had no problem checking the battery and crank amps and was willing to change it if need be. Turned out everything was good with the battery starter and alternator and recommended options i could do to test the alternator. Thanks alot!

We went in yesterday (6/26) evening because my battery had died and after jumping we figured it was time for a new one since it was still the original car battery. Before buying the battery, Peyton came out to do a battery check. The Ford Fusion batteries are in a weird spot and the negative terminal is pretty much inaccessible.
