Came into store to buy brake rotors for my son car. Came into the store, the brake pads were not shrink wrapped, looks like someone bought it and returned back to store because it looked dirty. I ask if it was used, sales rep ask manager Will Salter if it was used, he looked at it and said not but looks like it installed. friendly and helpful staff, also this store seems to be better stocked at least when i’m looking for things for my vehicle.
I went to store 06722. Noah helped me. Noah was smart, helpful, funny, kind and professional! Because of Noah the store on W Texas in Fairfield CA will be my auto parts store from now on. Noah is one of the best store representatives ever.
