Came in to find red taillight bulbs, asked employees and was told that they don’t exist. And that the housing is what makes it red, which doesn’t make sense as countless people have had clear taillight housings but still have it light up red when braking. Was told that I’d have to get different taillight housings and that the bulb isn’t the issue. Left feeling like I was being talked down to and to make it even better. Amazing customer service, above and beyond I’m a regular and I’ve never had an issue or a long wait, I feel comfortable and trusting of the advice and tools given. All in all a 10/10 service all the way around!
They went out of their way to assist me and walked outside to help me with my problems. Great customer service and great people in general!!!
An Autozone associate helped me change out burned out headlights in the dark and rain. I was having trouble getting the new lamps in and was very greatful for the help!
