BEST AUTOZONE I EVER BEEN!! they were so helpful especially the guy that helped me!! I love their team. I went July 2 around 1230 pm
Pure incompetence!!! I came into the store to rent a few ac tools to get my compressor recharged. EVERY SINGLE PART THAT I RENTED ENDED UP BEING FAULTY. The ac vacuum pump was missing a cap causing it not to work properly, the recharge gauge set had a leak, and the 1234yf adapter kit had a faulty purge valve adapter. The entire day was wasted for me. AutoZone should pay their employees a little better so that they show a little more pride and care in what their doing instead of just relying on what a computer tells them.
This is hands down the most efficient, orderly, and welcoming auto supply store I've experienced in Philly. I instantly found what I needed, and paid without waiting for someone to get off the phone or to surface from the supply racks. When I got home, I mentioned it to my wife, and she said "the one on South Front Street? Yeah! They're great!" Turns out, she'd gone in with a daughter to replace a key fob battery a few years ago. Hedi is the best! She always has a great attitude and I came in and needed help with my white Nissan Altima battery.. and she stayed with me to help me fix the battery when she didn’t have to.. she had great customer service skills and really goes out her way to help the customers..
