I came to the store 10 minutes before closing, but the door was already locked. I could clearly see an employee inside, and when I knocked, they told me that the store was “already closed.” How does that make sense if the posted hours still showed 10 minutes left before closing time? It’s really frustrating as a customer to be turned away like this. I was ready to make a purchase, but instead I was met with locked doors and refusal of service. Very disappointing experience.

Walked in the store to buy a fuse and had to wait about 10 minutes to get rung up. I was paying cash and could not utilize the self check out which was said a few times to disperse the line. When i was next i asked if the store had more staff available since its busy. The girl that ended up helping me said the other two managers that are scheduled are late and she is not sure when they will be in. Vlad came of a bit aggressive when i walked up to the counter. He pointed at the commercial sign and asked if i had an account and then told me to go back to a different line. It was only him and one other girl at the store with the line to the door. He later started to help with getting the line down and I happened to be in the counter with him again.
