I visited the store on Deer Springs Road for a faulty battery. They checked it (it was bad), and replaced it immediately as it was still under warranty. Outstanding and efficient service!!
My daughter went to this store and as a woman she was disrespected while the another associate laughed while his partner continued to make fun of her. She knew exactly what kind of car she drove and the make, he continued to tell her there was no such car. We will not be returning to this store in the future.
Gianni has excellent customer service. came in to pick up a car battery and Gianni was very patient and helpful and insightful. Deserves a raise. Great and rare customer service. Thanks.
