This review is primarily for employee by the name of Gerald Mackenzie. I have nothing wrong with the business and have been there multiple times with great experiences but Mr Mackenzie deserves his own review. God Bless this young man. He gets it. He is in a class by himself when it comes to customer service. He needs to be recognized for his positive attitude and genuine kindness. In a world where customer’s expectation of employees are rather low, it was refreshing to meet Mr Mackenzie. Kudos, sir.

Don’t really go out for this same reason. Just bad service from the female worker in all. Bad enough I don’t know what I’m doing to this vehicle.and your nasty attitude did not help out. Handing me the receipt like I’m some type of infectious disease. That’s just awful. On the other hand, a male worker didn’t get his name. It was so helpful, polite and attentive. Starting to gay I’m going to O’Reilly’s thank you Katie
