I’ve been a loyal AutoZone customer for over 20 years and have always had great experiences, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and it was with the manager, Tim. I simply asked if he could take a look at my car door, which was making a noise, so I could determine what tool I needed to purchase to tighten the bolt. Tim was a lifesaver!!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose my problem quickly and gave me peace of mind. My entire experience was very refreshing, I will be back!
I used a store credit to pay $50 of $530 for new car batteries. Then, they hijacked the core deposits. Autozone refused to put the core refund back on my credit card and would only put the core deposit onto another store credit, which I do not want. They did not tell me this in any way when making the sale. This is the first time I have ever had a core deposit issue with a parts store.. Seriously? Can I just have my deposit back please?? My car battery, that was purchased from AutoZone earlier this year and was still under warranty, died. Before coming to this location, we went to two other locations, both of which tested the battery and told us that it needed to be replaced. Those locations, however, did not have anyone able to change the battery for us, so we ended up at this store, which ended up being a mistake and a complete waste of time. If we could give 0 stars, we would!! The worst customer service experience! They literally refused to help us! Barry, Barry, Barry!!! Auto Zone, why would you want someone like this working for you? The manager on duty, Frank I think, wasn’t any better for backing up the poor customer service Barry was providing. Lots of other places to shop auto supplies, we suggest skipping this store.
