Had just bought a battery from another location for my bike and it wasn't holding much of a charge, I kept having to jump it so I returned it thinking I'll try a different location. Came here and they replaced it with a completely dead battery with no juice at all and then offered to let me borrow a battery charger instead of giving me one that works. Came in for a battery and left extremely satisfied. Tony C. took care of me and went above and beyond my expectations. I told him the reason I came to Autozone was because of the customer service I have received in the past from the 75th & Thunderbird location, but they closed that store last year.
