Great location with good customer service that helps you find exactly what you need in a timely manner
I paid for an alternator less than 2 years ago and it’s already bad. I asked the man working the front why that could happen and he said “I have no idea”… not very helpful for someone working an auto parts store. The younger man that read the car was very nice and willing to talk to us but the quality of their parts are obviously trash. I now have to pay for labor to get the alternator taken out and put back in. Troy and Eddie were so helpful when my boyfriends car battery died in less than a year and they couldn’t initially find him in the system. It was a busy day but instead of telling us there wasn’t anything they could do , they took the time to look into every option and eventually found us. Troy jumped right in and replaced the battery right then and there. Truly amazing workers and exceptional customer service. Thank you guys!!
