Eric, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. I had an incident when parking where I pulled my car too far up on the curb and pulled the outer bumper off my car. I couldn’t fix it by myself and was getting ready for a long drive, so I went by Autozone for help. Eric helped me click my bumper back into place even though it meant getting on the ground in the hot sun. He took valuable time out of his day to help me out when I was in a tough spot. Eric the manager took 10 minutes out of his day to help install my new plates on my car. Without hesitation and wouldn’t let me tip him afterwards. I am extremely impressed with the great hospitality at this autozone because I have been helped by a lot of the people in this location and every experience has been exceptional. Thank you Eric!
Eric helped to change my battery, super nice guy very knowledgeable about what he does. We had a good talk about football and he was super quick installing my battery and answering any further questions I had.
