This is the most disappointing experience we've ever had. We had battery trouble and came to this location for a battery replacement. The employees refused to help us because "we needed to wait until 12pm". It was 8:30am and there weren't any other customers but they said they didn't have enough staff and they couldn't help us. There were 4 employees in the store. We explained we were from SoCal and has a long journey ahead of us and if there could be an exception made and they refused.
