I've been visiting this store for several years now, and lately I'm fed up with the staff's incompetence. They can't even find a simple AC part, even with the part in plain sight, and they don't even know what it is. I give them all the vehicle information, and I still have to search for it myself on Google, using the part number and everything. It's like they think they're the customers if I don't do all this. I went to this store to get a windshield wiper replaced on my Tahoe. I recently had surgery and couldn’t replace it myself. Matthew was so nice in helping me pick out the right blade and putting it on. When I tried to use it it still didn’t work. He took the part attached to my vehicle apart and tightened it up which I am sure is more than he was required to do. They were so, so helpful!! Truly the sweetest staff ever. One of the guys was so quick to help me with an issue I had with my tail light and was so knowledgeable on the entire situation. Best service I’ve ever encountered!
