•Very clean. •No parts or tools laying around (as Ive seen in other auto parts stores). •Great customer service. •Good prices for solid tools, and a large selection of them. Personal story: I accidentally sent an order to Monticello, Arkansas, and without complaining they changed it for me. Super respectful throughout the process (as with every time I’ve stopped in this location).
Had a great expeirence figuring out my serpentine belt. Person behind counter was very helpful and easy going. Felt like I was working with an old friend to solve the issue. Prices where reasonable amd their sales people are aces.
