I just bought new headlights for my car. Before I left, Shameaka double-checked to make sure I had the right ones. She then went a step further and told me to make sure the light I was replacing matched the light type and said if it didn't then I had pulled out the high beam. Sure enough, even armed with this knowledge, I still pulled out the high beam by mistake. But, her advice prevented me from putting the bulb in the wrong spot. Thanks, Shameaka!
I would like to commend and offer my thanks and compliments to Rick Martinez. When I stopped in today to inquire about an issue with a windshield wiper I had bought there, Rick came out to look at the issue, quickly offered options and solutions. He was knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out with the problem solved with 15 minutes.
