A male employee (I assume to be a manager, he was older) mansplained to me my own car. He was all confused when I explained the issue, and how I had already solved it and no longer needed his help. He said I was wrong, then proceeded to do exactly what I said to solve the issue. He again told me that I was wrong and walked away. I drove all the way from Southern Maryland (45 min trek!) to come here because the staff are very helpful and resourceful with my automotive care needs! I came here to purchase a cabin and engine filter and Rick was very patient, professional and helpful with showing me how to properly install them on my vehicle! He even went above and beyond and showed me how to install windshield wiper blades that I bought elsewhere! Thank you Rick!
