They did not have the battery I needed and I had to go to the office supply next store.
I just had to leave a five-star refview for Justin at the AutoZone on Blowing Rock Road in Boone. His customer service was absolutely off the carts-truly on the level of am five-star restaurant exxperience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and two steps ahead of me the entire time, knowing exactly what I needed and where it was all while offering knowledgable advice. I haven't eperienced service like that in years. Thanks a million, Justin!
Typical Auto Zone
People are usually vey quick to complain.It is almost an American pastime.This is not a rant ,rather it is a rave review for an AUTOZONE employee in Boone NC . His name is Justin Payne. My car's Airconditioner would turn off after 1.5 hours. If I stopped for gas ,then restarted the car ,it worked for an hour ...and so on. Apparently I need to check my Freon level and add some if low. I barely know where the hood of a car is ( kidding ) ..but Justine could not have been more helpful.
