I was in and out. They immediately looked up my part that I brought in. I was glad they had it. I hadn't been in a while and they took the time to put me in the system so that I could have a virtual receipt instead of a piece of paper that I'd probably lose.
I was so impressed by this Autozone. As a single woman I was helped by two women who didn’t make me feel stupid or uncomfortable. I literally did not have to deal with a man at any point of my service and I appreciate that so much. So if you’re a woman who is scared or intimidated by car stuff, this is the place to go. I felt safe from beginning to end. Thank you so much!!!
My go to location for buying car parts! I purchased headlights for my Rav42016 and Anthony helped put them on! I highly recommend this location for fast service and excellent care.
Inventory was hard to locate and place was short on staff or something because there was a wait, yes a long wait to recieve assistance. Other then that it was ok
This store isn’t in the best area (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5), but one staff member really made the experience stand out. I forgot his name, but he helped me install my car battery, and it ended up being more difficult than either of us expected. He stayed patient, didn’t give up, and got the job done. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude the entire time. Definitely appreciated his effort and customer service.
