Just left auto zone. Ended up needing a battery. A man named Kyle was so friendly and happily installed my battery for me!
Horrible service!!! Visited this store today just to have my battery tested. Was told that he woukd help me right after he installed someones wipers, i was never helped after that. Waited for over an hour, and finally walked out. Horrible service, it seemed as if the 20 or so men walking in after me needed to helped before me, even though I waiting for such a long time. AutoZone in Murphy - Rocks!! Bought wipers and asked the guy if he could out them on for me.. He said "absolutely". He looked at Gregory and said do you know how and Gregory said no but I would like to know how. The guy said sure I can show you. And he did and it made Gregory's day....thanks Chuck for the great customer service!!
