Last week on Sunday, I went to AutoZone and purchased an alternator. Naty took care of me. I wasn't feeling well but Naty made my experience better. She got me a chair and made me comfortable. She didn't rush me and truly took her time and made sure, I was ok. Her customer service and excellence went above and beyond. We need more people like Naty her compassion and customer service is a 5 ⭐.

I would avoid this store if you value your time & are a female! I went in today for a simple engine light read, waited in line for over 15 mins, waited my turn, Matteo then called me over to help, i told him what i needed so he went to go look for the reader, a customer who was already being helped by a female associate, called the only male employee, Matteo because clearly the females dont know what theyre doing. Placed an online order this morning around 8:45.I had to call the store around 3:00 to find out about order, because I had not received email for order being ready. I was told the parts were ready for pickup.
Carlos C at this store sucks and his service suck and dont greet anyone just look at them and keep doing what he is doing not the job for him should work in the deli cleaning department with his nonsense!
