Last Thursday 04/18/19 I went to Auto zone south Rochester cuz my dash was showing a battery ligth, the dude then help me went to test my car battery, he said the battery was bad even wend he not even try to charge it first, after he install a new battery for almost $80.00 and the ligth of bad battery pop up again, I told him it was the alternator the one wasn't working but he insist the alternator was good so I went home and 2 days later my car stop running at the midle of the road cus the alternator wasn't working that cos... read more

That mexican you have doing deliveries is a horrible driver and a total asshole. Last week he ran a red light and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid t-boning him. So did another driver. That mexican actually had the gall to flip both of us of for blasting our horns at him. The truck he was in had plate # 646-REB. You can kiss my company's business good bye.
Arctic Vortex? Forget about it... these guys did! Not only did Daniel change my battery for me in sub-zero temps, he replaced my terminal clamps as well. Customer service beyond the call of duty! Having just moved to town, you guys have my business from now on.
