Very unprofessional staff, I called to check on a part and they were laughing and playing. Asked to speak to the manager and he’s just as immature as the first person on the phone. I asked for his name , told me you’ll find out when you get here

Kevin is the best he is very part knowledgeable and I have never seen a manager have to work two computers at the same time to get a line down and finish because other workers don't want to work. This happens a lot at this location I would have Kevin running this whole location because he needs to replace everybody in order to have great customer service for everybody. AutoZone needs to recognize the real workers and discipline and the non-workers in order to succeed in this store

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident I personally witnessed while visiting your store yesterday. When I entered the store to purchase a part, I observed an employee, who later identified himself as Antony, respectfully ask the store manager, Keith, for a short break after working for an extended period in what appeared to be a very hot environment. Keith the store manager and Rodger was extremely helpful with helping me replace my headlights - you can tell through his interaction with his employees he is a hard worker!
