Came here to purchase Freon the total $39 and some change I said keep the change and asked for my receipt but she pocketed the $40 and said the printer isn’t working. Turns out the gauge on it is broken so I’m here at a store near my home trying to exchange it and they are saying they can’t process a refund without a receipt. I tried calling the corporate number on the window but got a busy line. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I’m out $40 and still don’t have cold air
Brought brake pads, they up charged me, gave me the wrong brake pads, then when I called about it, keep telling me I need to talk to a manger, went to a different AutoZone and had no problems and the price was the same online!!!! This store LIES!!!!
I purchased windshield wipers and the store Manager, Cristian installed them for me. He had to try different clamps because the new clamps which came with the wipers did not fit. Cristian was very heloful, friendly and patient. I recommend this store due to the excellent customer service.
I wasn’t sure what exactly what I needed when I came into AutoZone today but I knew I needed something to help my doors close easier , Kj helped me get exactly what I needed , thanks again guys
