Had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone, mainly due to Magail. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Based on my experience and the overall poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Came here to buy a fog light. Jeannie helped me find the right product. I was in and out in less than 2 mins. Thank you.
Went to 2 other auto zones and the folks didn’t have the parts I needed. I arrived here and Jordan and Patryck were extremely helpful and customer focused. They searched throughout the store including the back and when they couldn’t find it they found me an alternate part that worked great and I was able to replace my existing one. Great customer service!!
