I went for buying and replacing battery in my Subaru. Nicole was very helpful with purchase and installation. She went above and beyond during the purchase and installation! It was a great customer service!
Coleman was great! He went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he help us, but he was also making sure other customers were taken care of in a timely manner
I normally hate writing reviews but I have no choice due to how bad my experience was. Stopped by and got helped by Coleman. It's nice to know someone that cares for customers time and takes the time to explain. My battery needed replacing and the store didn't have it. He checked with another store if they had the battery before sending me to the other store. He was very helpful and kind. He also answered phone calls and was explaining to customer He was still busy despite their hold time on the phone. He was very aware and let them know he was sorry.
