Disabled and injured wife went in and needed help dumping oil from an oil change. Was told to go do it herself. Lead to more injuries and an ER visit. If they’re not willing to help a disabled woman I doubt they’d really help anyone.
Went in this place on Friday 8/21, I asked for some help on transmission fluid and a funnel. The associate working told me he didn’t know anything about that stuff and he thinks the funnels are on the back shelve. He then turned and walked away. I was the only one in the store.

I don’t normally do reviews but I feel that this one is necessary when in because I had a $15 off coupon but a battery a couple days ago Guy was pretty much like you have nothing we can do I said OK but I wanted to get my receipt printed and he’s like yeah I can’t even do that he had people waiting I get it but just know help couldn’t do nothing for me I’ll take my business elsewhere have a nice one bye, AutoZone!!
Super helpful!! Needed a new battery, they installed the new one free of charge. Stephen was professional and friendly! Definitely would go there again.
this location is absolutely deplorable, the manager here is a joke! they installed my battery wrong and gave me the run around for months on my claim that i submitted! finally got a district manager on the phone and he was just as dumb as the manager. They made a mistake and wont fix my car, hopefully my brakes dont stop working and cause an accident and then they have a lot more on their hands then just a small lawsuit.
