They are amazing and very helpful staff. I was very appreciative of their assistance.
Jumped my car at home and drove it to this location to test the battery and get a new one. Female manager (I think her name was Kelly?) said she was there by herself because her one employee with her had a commercial delivery to complete so she couldn’t help me. So I waited for a friend to come jump me in the parking lot just so I could get to the Power and Germann location for help. Do not waste your time at this location! Poor service.
