Very disappointed with the customer service and phone etiquette at AutoZone. I called looking for assistance and felt rushed and talked to unprofessionally. Customer service starts with communication, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect that. I understand places get busy, but being respectful and helpful over the phone goes a long way. Hoping management works on improving the customer experience.

The staff at this AutoZone was really helpful. For context I own a 2020 Honda Odyssey EX-L w/Navi & RES. It needs an AGM battery, I got the Duralast AGM Platinum Elite battery. The big issue was the replacement though, the battery in my vehicle is located under my engine air intake. The person who helped me (forgot his name) carefully took it off in order to get full access to the battery for replacement. He made sure to replace all parts as they were in the car before.
