Had a great experience yesterday! The employee that assisted us was very kind and patient. He understood the problem and listened to the products I already had on hand and came up with a solution that worked! He could have talked me into buying expensive stuff I didn’t need but I walked out with a $3 bottle of glass cleaner that completely fixed my issue. Thank you!
What happened to that employee named Michelle?! She was amazing! Very knowledgeable. Good selection on products. But the new store mgr, Carly sumthin, is absolutely horrible! And that Pete dude rocks! Definitely will be back if either of these 2 are in the building
My mom had trouble starting her vehicle, so we took it to Autozone to have the battery tested. Raymond noticed the age of the battery and a lot of corrosion buildup on the negative terminal, recommending that we replace it. He put in the new battery and used a wire brush to clean off all the corrosion. We let him know that my mom’s check engine light had been on forever and that the previous shop couldn’t get it to stay off.
