I ordered a set of front and rear ceramic brake pads for my 2012 Ford Taurus SEL 1-2 weeks ago. The order was placed by Jenny. My dad replaced them today and the front ones were not the correct pads for my vehicle. After putting the new ceramic pads on and test driving the car, less then two miles down the road, they started smoking and had a very strong bad burning smell. RecommendedI love Auto Zone because of the warranty’s. The people are much more accommodating that those at other Auto parts stores.
