Chris was incredibly helpful today. We went to the Riverton's Auto Zone and bought a battery and were told they could not install it as they were too short-staffed (they had two people staffed) and we could come back another day to have it installed. This was disappointing as I have never had an Auto Zone employee decline to install a battery. We tried Auto Zone in South Jordan instead. Lawrence was a great help when my car battery had died, was quick to get a new one for me and had tools ready to lend
was there a few days ago. Lawrence assisted me. He changed out my battery for me. He also has amazing customer service. Great at up selling. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and we had a great conversation. Give this man a raise!!! He deserves it for sure. I work in the food industry,. It is so refreshing to get amazing customer service.
