Dequan made it easy to pick a battery out. He was kind and respectful because I didn't know how to pick one out. He installed my battery for free.
The worst customer service and products ever, bought 2 pairs rotors and brake pads and their front rotors were defective, bought new again and returned the defective but explained the story to 4 different employees and still they didn’t want to understand and weren’t willing to refund me, it’s my boycott with auto zone, will never ever visit them again.
Great experience at AutoZone off Cheshire in Woodbridge. De’Quan, who I believe is a new employee, went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield wipers while it was raining. One of the adapters was stuck, and he was very patient and professional while working to get it off. I had forgotten my screwdriver and needed to get the wipers fixed on my way to work, so I really appreciated him having the tools and taking the time to help me out. Excellent customer service. Thanks, AutoZone!
Today's adventure was going to my closest AZ for a part. Was told they didn't have it but another store, relatively close by, did have it. A 15 minute drive, the alternate store couldn't find it, even though the system said so. The lack of concern about the error was the most concerning. Neither store really cared and offered no solution. Thankfully, I'm aware of the HUB and asked them to order it from there. "When will it arrive?" They had no idea . . .
