I’m going to spell her name wrong but Emilee assisted me with my license plate. I would like to preface this is not their job and she 10000% didn’t have to! She brought tools, determination and grit. Even though through much and I mean ALOT of strength and brainstorming we couldn’t get the screw out. Nevertheless, the mere fact that she was willing to take the time to even help me out speaks volumes. So happy this is my neighborhood Autozone.
I called AutoZone Auto Parts at 6:45 pm to inquire about my possibly failing battery. Courtney said to come into the store and she would check to see if it was failing. Courtney was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. My battery was indeed failing. She replaced my old battery and within 15 minutes I was on my way home. She was amazing.. Thank you so my Courtney!

arriving at the store on June 3rd 2026 at approximately 9:50am i was greeted by sales person JJ( James Loving ) great customer service , help me with replacing my battery , outstanding young man , pleasant & polite , it is my wish that he is acknowledge for a outstanding job of customer service . He is most definitely a asset to the company ( Auto Zone ) Thanks again JJ.
I had such a smooth experience here when I needed to pick up a few things for my car. The staff was incredibly helpful and knew exactly which parts I needed without me having to explain much at all. It is such a relief when you are in a bind and someone makes the whole process fast and easy. I was in and out in no time, and everything I bought worked perfectly.
