Keith is the GOAT! Seriously, he went above and beyond helping me out with my vehicle and made the whole experience easy. I honestly wish I had some cash on me so I could’ve tipped him because he absolutely deserved it. AutoZone needs to recognize employees like this. If Keith isn’t already the manager, make him one! Great customer service and a huge help. I’ll definitely come back to this location because of him.

I went to AutoZone today because I saw that they advertised battery charging outside the store and expected a simple, straightforward experience. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely frustrating. When I first entered the store, I told the employee that I was there to have my battery charged. The employee who assisted me had an attitude from the beginning. Wish I could give less than one star. Jordan is the reason. He was one of the rudest, most disrespectful people we've dealt with. My dad went in to replace a splitter belt that turned out to be the wrong size, and that's when Jordan's attitude came out. He was on his phone constantly, ignoring customers while we waited. When we tried to explain the issue, he kept talking over us, repeating "listen to me" instead of actually listening to what we were saying.
