Let me tell you about my experience with the AutoZone on Germantown Parkway in Cordova. I went in to purchase wipers. Mine were not working so I tell the first man I needed to purchase some. He looked up my car and said, "they are over there". I said, "how much are they going to be with y'all putting them on". He responds with, "they are different prices and they are right over there behind you". I said, "well can you at least show me and help".
