I got a huge spike in my tire coming up past the sale barn on Emmet street. Pulled into Auto Zone at Emmett and Capital Ave with a flat tire. I was on crutches after having a hip replacement. I’m almost 70 years old and female. Two young, healthy male store employees stood by the door watching me from inside the shop while I changed my tire. It took over an hour since I was on crutches. I love all the Autozones in Battle Creek, but especially the Autozone in Pennfield off NE Capital Ave. I’ve been going here since I was a kid some 30 years ago. I believe this was the first Autozone that opened in Battle Creek. I love going there. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they are. Customer service sucks!!! Went on a Sunday afternoon, NOBODY else in the store but me and 3 workers! Came asking for help looking for a bolt and the the MANAGER (so he says) was no help! He Pointed the direction of it and said it’s over there. I said can you help me find it. He said he was busy and don’t know what he’s doing.
