I ordered a part for overnight delivery which i need for my truck. I can not drive without it currently. It is over a day late and when i called them to ask for an alternative they told me "they dont offer same day delivery" yet it is an option on their website i used a week ago. They also told me that the delivery is on FedEx and there is nothing they can do to help me. So now im out 150 dollars, work for at least another day, and am left with no answers. I don't mean this to be rude but I avoid AutoZone unless I have no choice. Many of my AutoZone experiences have left me frustrated due to the person at the parts counter having zero mechanical competence about cars or any knowledge of what they are trying to sell. Some automotive knowledge should be a prerequisite to be able to work a parts counter.
