Today I had an issue with my battery terminals connectors coming loose. I literally had 1 of the cables that connects the terminal to the battery come loose. I was worried that I would have issues driving my vehicle like this. Then I stopped by Auto Zone and explained to the store manager Mr.Cruz Lara what I was dealing with and he fixed it for me for free. He also explained that the rest was becoming loose too. So he fixed the one with the issue and tightened the rest for me. I couldn't have requested better service anywher... read more
